Guild halls

would be cool if STS to make a guild hall with personal dungeons for your guild: Featuring a different dungeon each 2 months and even have maybe some previous content in those portal like: Christmas place 2011.

Also costumizing a guild hall would be SUPER fun and i suggest even a new tier to come out :)

Customizing guilds has been suggested many many times. Probably starting when they came out. It could be cool, and might be a good gold sink if it wasn't plat purchased items/upgrades.
The idea that old holiday stuff be there in a map is a lil wacky tho.
Generally I'd like some customization also.

yea many people have given very creative ideas about guilds. Unfortunately we haven't got any word from devs.

depending on what kind of items are featured in the upcoming 2012 christmas dungeon, a 2011 dungeon might not work out so well with the community. access to past dungeons might mess up parts of the pl economy as well, so i would stay away from that
