Timer starts as soon as the trash mobs are aggro'd. Which seems to prevent any new players from entering the zone. Not cool.

Timer used to start only start the first kill

Timer used not start until first mob was killed. So now when people are waiting for people to join and you aggro a mob. No one else will join.

Looks like there is a destructible jug at the beginning of Watcher's crypt 1. When you go in with a pet, they pop it, and off ya go. We want peeps to have a breather at the beginning to gather together, so we'll patch this out asap.

Thanks. Happens in village also didn't think about the pets starting the time by popping the crate at zone in.

This patch fixes the timer thingy and made it more fair to the other players that aren't running straight to boss. Personally, I love it :3

I didn't have a prob with timer starting as it does now. I didn't realize that pets were starting it early.

Well, I don't think this update makes that much difference. All they had to do was kill on mob. If they are getting aggro that's only like a 3-5 second difference you would have had.

With this new system, we will see realistic completion times in the tombs.

The positive >>> negative.

Although, to make it truly realistic they should put a spawn requirement on the boss, or add gates like in the hauntlet. As it stands right now, you can still run straight to the boss (I think) and cut out about 2 minutes easy.
