I had this exact problem. Yes, it used to be in the nexus. Now, unfortunately, Apple have said that they do not like the promo code button on the IOS version of Arcane Legends, so Spacetime have removed the button. However, you can still input a promo code on the android and chrome versions of the game, and your items are saved on the Spacetime servers, so activate the code on chrome/android, log out, and log in on your iOS device. Your item will be there :)
