Ok so I was fight the elf queen in forest manor, and when I killed her I got xp and it leveled me. I did not want to level because that character was my twink. Would sts de-level me if so does it cost plat?

Grammar.... Not grammer D:! But yes, you should contact support. If it's a few levels, STS is usually nice and will let you.

Please don't give them the idea of spending plat to de-level! :D

It depends on the person who's helping you at support. Some are just not as nice as the others :P
