cast lag?

I've had issues with casting. Mostly heal. Some times I cast and by the time it sends I die, I've also had cases where I cast for my party and no one gets healed at all. Is this a system issue? I thought it was lag on my device but I have great wifi and very low ping. I felt like I was missing something but thought I would post just in case. I hope I'm not a total tard lol

I have the same issue all too often... I'll die, but I can see the healing effect taking place around me (so if I do manage to get the magic off, shouldn't I heal instead?)

Also with mages, if I charge the heal, the green bubble is 1-2 seconds out of sync with the actual healing effect. So I'll heal, then the green thingy appears.
