If i have red dragon set and its crafted but i dont have argos , so i get bonus ?

There is no bonus anymore (except for sparkles). You'll get a ring the first time you wear the crafted (vanity) set, but only WITH Argos.
So, to answer your question, you won't get anything without the red dragon pet (Argos).

you will only get the ring. But to make the set sparkle you will need the red dragon pet.
