Do I need to max 16 to get items?

I heard legendary items coming for people maxed at 16. Is this for getting the 2600 exp at 16 or just getting to level 16?

No idk why the 2600 is their u dont need it. U can get L16 itmes right when u lvl.

If you got those 2600 xp then you would be 17. ;-)

If you are referring to the Elitve Vanity Banner, you would have to reach Lvl. 16 before the next update which is sometime around December 17. Goodluck man!

All level 16 players, will get a Vanity Flag reward when update hits us! :)

Took me all day yesterday and today but I made it to 16 as well, I thought the vanity was already in game but I'm looking forward to getting it next week!
