It'd be nice if they could even just give all characters 25 extra inv slots or something along those lines. Yeah, it would give more benefit to people with more characters than you, oh well. They deserve that little perk if they shelled out the cash for all of those slots.
That's one of those things you need but are willing to survive without. Kind of like that food processor that you always said you didn't need, but after getting it as a gift, you use it exclusively because it's so useful.
If there's one thing that PL has as an advantage over AL, it's the lower cost of inv slots, character slots, and many other things that cost platinum. Granted, they don't want people going on Plat benders and ending up breaking the game to the point where plat is required to actually get somewhere in the game. but with as much as the platinum in the store costs, unless you spend $50, you'll only have enough plat to get a couple extra inventory slots and maybe an extra character. I'd personally rather be playing the new Need For Speed at that price.
