Winter Fest bug?

I'm on the first quest and am unable to complete it because I'm not given an option to untie the elves when I speak to them. So far I've only encountered one other person with this issue. I'm on an "old" phone running Android 2.3.4

Same problem here.
Im samsung gs3
Latest software and same happen to me
Exept I cant talk without app crash.
It freezes then sends me to weather for some reason
I gotta talk in 3words a time or it loggs me out

If you can't talk to the elves, there is an option to 'Reset' all of the tied-up Elf quest flags and re-start the quest.

Talk to the knocked out elf as soon as you enter the Winter Village.

Thanks for the reply Sam. I did grab the quest from that elf but it just never allowed me to untie any captured elves. The reset option worked for me though.
