Game Crashing

Hi I'm on a galaxy s3
PL has been crashing since the update. I literally can't play for over 2 minutes without it crashing on me. Doesn't seem to be any specific thing I do that makes it crash it just does. I'm so excited to to play but has been impossible so far due to this crashing. Would very much appreciate if someone could look into this.

Edit: Also tried playing on my old galaxy s2 doesn't crash as often but nearly every time I try joining maps or pressing next. It freezes on the walking knight loading screen. On galaxy 3 screen turns white exits PL and returns to my phone home screen.

I am also suffering from the same problem. I also am playing on a Samsung Galaxy S3, and it was working perfectly fine. Then the patch for the ranger and paladin came, and now it crashes every couple of minutes. Can't even go through a map without getting kicked off 10 times. Please fix.

im on s2 and certain map and boss fights the game just closes. tried turning off high quality, didnt help.

Update: I can't even get past the character screen without the game crashing. So upset, I'm on 3x elixir also...such a waste

Hey guys,

Looks like this is a crash specific to Samsung devices. We've been able to reproduce it in house which means they should be able to track down a fix for it. Thanks for the head's up and our apologies for the difficulty. In the meantime, you can always play on Chrome if you have access to a desktop machine.

Quickest fix would be to roll the last patch back until you can make it safe for everyone.

I've been having this same problem but I'm using the LG Optimus G. I can't stay logged on. It crashes and sends me to my phones home screen. My phone is not rooted. ICS 4.0.4 The only way that I canplay is on my galaxy tab 10.1 running gingerbread (also not rooted) . Would really like this to be fixed so I can use my phone too

Um sorry about that all caps commrnt..
But I think the issue with samsung crashes is mostly when joining a pve game..I cant talk to vincent vendor without that crash...and samsung wont say it they fault..
