Skill "upgrade"

Looks like upgrading Lightning from 8 to 9 will see a decrease in damage with no other changes (below). Healing max also goes down as you approach 9 (though min goes up).

Anyone else noticing odd numbers on other skills/classes? Respecs are free for now BTW, so better check it out while you can.

Yup, because mages can leave rev and mana shield at rank of 1, it gives them the most ability to benefit from the 9 rankings. I respected my mage and the damage boost is pretty awesome. Only downside is watch for the increased mana costs for each rank in some cases. Pay attention.

Considering the fact that pallys and bears can reach 400+ armor, 115 isn't that much even as a crit (230).

Good catch! Looks like I have a typo in the formula. :O There is also a dodge debuff on the two new ranks that is missing from the description. I have a fix for this, and we'll push it out as soon as we can. :)

I realize I'm a couple days late I noticed same day original post was made. You may want to have a look at all of the skills for all characters and make sure it's correct or you may be owing people free platinum or respec's ;-)
