Soo iv had the game a while now got to level 15 even bought platimum had my own clan etc everything was going well then boom go on today and iv lost my character says I gotta make new one :/ can this be solved plz ? Many thnxs x I dont wanna loose my lvl or goods

Aww :( Yes do like Flamberge said. But, do you remember doing anything? Sure you didn't delete it? Sounds weird but good luck :)
