Tests done on a level 26 fox. No equipment, full dex and full int, and at rank 6. I don't include buffs due to the fact that they don't scale with anything, obviously ;o

(Full Int: 127 int, 1 str, 7 dex) (Full Dex: 2 int, 1 str, 132 dex)
Poison Needles -Dex: 107-152 damage, -30 h/p pers Int: 104-135 damage, -30 h/p pers
Vixen Kick - Dex: 112-126 damage Int: 99-109 damage
Rabid Bite - Dex: 103-123 damage Int: 89-105 damage
Poison Dart - Dex: 87 -97 damage, -30 h/p pers Int: 91-106 damage, -30 h/p pers
Hamstring - Dex: -50 dodge, -18 h/p pers Int: -50 dodge, -18 h/p pers
Armor Shredder -Dex: 91-119 damage, -26 target armor Int: 76-105 damage, -26 target armor
Bandage - Dex: +69-70 h/p and m/p regen Int: +92-100 h/p and m/p regen
Hypnotize - Dex: 53-61 damage Int: 49-59 damage
Fox Howl - Dex: 75-96 damage, -36 target damage Int: 63-81 damage, -36 target damage

Differences:
Poison Needles - Dex is higher by 3-17 damage
Vixen Kick - Dex is higher by 1-17 damage
Rabid Bite - Dex is higher by 14-18 damage
Poison Dart - Dex is lower by 4-9 damage
Hamstring - No change between the two.
Armor Shredder -Dex is higher by 15-14 damage
Bandage - Dex is lower by 23-30 regeneration per second
Hypnotize - Dex is higher by 4-2 damage
Fox Howl - Dex is higher y 12-15 damage

I had nothing to do, and wanted to know myself, so I made this. :)

I found it interesting that the difference wasn't very large, to be honest. I expected heal to be higher with int, and the rest 20 or so higher with dex. Though I'd guess this has a lot to do with the fact that the test was only done with a level 26 character..

Wow. Lot's of work put in! I respect that. Looks like you did a thorough and good job on all of the tests. Thank you for doing this. I will surely put this into consideration of whether I will use dex, intel, or both.
