talked to someone with it, its from quest in l76 place... thats wat it looks like on mages, archers have the flating eye and thing that looks like death armor, idk bout bears

Here's bear.
Requirements: Get the first quest from the Foreman Gutter in Lost Valley. (You need to finish all Blacksmoke quest's to get it). Kill the Elite Red Dragon 76 times and turn it in. After you finish, get the second quest from Foreman Gutter. Kill the Elite Onyx in Red Dragon's lair. (In the portal).
