How do you post pictures on forums?

Hi everyone! I'm just wondering how to post pictures on forums because I saw a weird avatar and I took a screenshot of it, but I don't know how to post my pictures. Thanks! :biggrin:

There should be a button that converts it into a pic for you. It looks like a portrait of a tree.
