where do i find these new elite quest? people say Lost Valley and go right but i see nothing...

Another thing, you know the guy in the corner of lost valley. He will give you the quest after you have finished most of the bsm quests.

yea just run to the end of lost valley. You will have to be level 76 and to have worn your 76 vanity shield to obtain the quest

Killing the dragon 76x is one of the final two quests. What and where is the last one? and can I carry both quests at the same time?

2nd one is from Forman stutter after you finish the first. Kill onyx once, in red dragons lair. Need to equip the costume they give you to enter one of the holes. Can't have both at the same time.
