I was getting tired of everyone asking me what my build was.. So I just decided to post it here... Now before I share it, you must know this...
First, the Rhino is horribly underpowered. With the handful of useful skills to a decent bit of timing, I believe you can make a Rhino formatable.
Now for the build..

Buffs... I couldn't help but laugh a bit when I read what buffs the Paladin had to offer.. 7% crit?? :/ really? Like 18% hit?? Come on... (Please don't even bring up dodge fail buffs)
I went with Vital Force. I maxed it. Giving me something like 18%hit and 7% crit.. Or something stupid... I went this route because of my selection of gear. As a paladin, you will really need some high armor gear. (Ice berg is what I am using) the gear I have, my hit rate was something like 83%. So with the buff around 100%.
Then I went with Stone Skin. 33armor is hard to complain about. As far as that goes.. It's self explanatory.. High armor.
As for the rest of the skills. Listen closely.
Max restore!!! It's weak at 1 and almost not enough potential regen for survival sake. With it was 6, you get something like +40 m/s! Which is extremely useful.
Max Holy Tempest!! HOLY CRAP! How horribly under-rated this skill is!! Seriously people! It's nuts! With it maxed you have a 45% chance to debuff their hit 30%... Which is decent.. But the real beauty is with the damage and the knock back. HUGE DAMAGE compared to Pallies other skills..
You only need 1 Charge. I personally feel that the small increase of damage per skill point isn't up to par.. So 1 is fine here.
Redemption is a great skill. It offers the ability to combo, heal, and Double damage (yes, double heal value too)
So simply charge, redemption, HT, charge, and survive.
I also like 1 Reincarnate. I think it's cool that the Rhino can revive. Brutal.
So to sum it up..
Build--
6 Stone Skin
6 Vital Force
6 Holy Tempest
6 Restore
3 Redemption
1 Charge
1 Reincarnate

Gear--
Head (a good 25+ str or int)
Weapon (Reaper Blade or Iceberg Hatchet)
Armor (Iceberg str)
Shield (iceberg shield)
Ring (armor / hit/crit)

Have fun with the build! That's what it's about. Also, sorry for any grammar problems.. It's 2am here :/

But add me Ingame MrTankyTank

:::UPDATED:::

I have leveled my Rhino to level 32

6 Guardian

I really enjoyed this guide. It's a bit different than the other Pally guides and you sound like you've had good experience with it.

Other guides all recommend brute force, etc. What is your reasoning behind not putting any points in it and the other unused skills?

Also how do you spend your stat points?

I updated it Jemni, I took a hiatus for a while and now Im back. Sorry for the long wait..

My main focus behind not using Brute Force is the fact that it will negate your Vital Force buff (Crit/%rate) I feel that the Rhino needs that little bit of Critical damage over just a wee bit of dodge. With my Restore maxed, I feel that not dodging everything is okay.. The regen here will compensate for the lack of Dodge.

With the high armor, mages can still nuke you to death.

Hmm...this guide has some flaws in it...
Ive already started my rhino guide, and (imo) it kinda works better than this.
^as for mages, its possible to kill brainfreeze/shivering ones, but fb mages WILL be your greatest enemy.
