Can anyone tell me why the ice skill of mage can freeze some bosses but some are immune ? bael,mother are immune but fractured fel and stabb can be frozen.

Because then theyll be easier to kill. Eg, you cant knockdown bosses cuz then youll be spammin the skill like theres no tomorrow therefore making u almost invincible,

Yep stuns and knock downs bosses are immune to most anyways...

Not really, as the AoE is small and other than the actual target, no one gets frozen, just slowed.
