What will happen to the elite chests?

What is going to happen with them,if you have chests or elite chests,could you open them and recieve high lvl items after the update or just the items of your lvl (15,16)...

Already been answered by devs, only L15 & l16

The current chests will be limited to lvl 1-16 only then for 16-21 will be new banded chests. Vice versa for Elite.
