The level 56 bow glyph set lost its special effects

I just bought it today because I moved my twink to 56 pvp because I heard it was balanced, but when I equip it, it does not sparkle. And can 56 glyph people beat level 61's I'm level 46 at the moment

Is your set level 56?

are you sure your using Glyph Obedience and not Glyph Mimicry? also are you sure ALL the parts of the set are Obedience? if not then it won't glow.

Here is your problem. Simply "viewing" it in your inventory doesn't make it have effects. Must be lvl 56 and have all three pieces equipped.

You gotta equip it.
It must be all glyph obedience.
You won't see it sparkle on the preview page.

U do see it sparkle on preview page if hide hat option is off.
