cant trade or sell some items?????

just want to sugest that all items and weapons should be able to trade or sell players want to be stronger and equiped we are already capped off at level 31 witch to me makes no sence where do you go from there in the end they will all be maxed out with nothing to do ... dont get me wrong love the game just want no caps

I guess you could just do the update and extra stats thing, but then what do you do when you want to add extra powers and power points. As a development team you should then already know very well what it is you want to put where and prepare that.
