I think some players who might be going ranged.
Just open up a thread catered specially for this category of players.
Your feedbacks and suggestions would be appreciated.

Most likely I'm going to make my Lv21 Ranger a PVE build as below:

Active Skills: Total 15 skill points
Aimed Shot - #1, #2, #3, #4 (5 skill points)
Shadow Storm Shot - #1, #2, #3, #4 (5 skill points) [All the bonuses are too attractive to be missed]
Noxious Bolt - #4 only (2 skill points)
Shadow Veil - #3, #4 (3 skill points)

Passive: Total 5 skill points
Critical Shot - +1% critical rate per skill point added.
or
Agility -> +5 to Dex per skill point added.

Summary:
1.) Aimed Shot: Skill #1 requires a repetitive execution to stack 10% damage. AS will be used as Initial skill rotation for it's 10% critical boost for other skills.

2.) SSS: Shadow Storm Shot's #2 skill increases the Radius of the shot when executed. Unlike Noxious Bolt's #2 skill requires to be charged.

3.) Noxious Bolt: Since there are 3 arrow skills available to be used, skill rotations will become consistent and we will not require Skill #2 charge up skill.

4.) Shadow Veil: Survival, +15% damage, longer duration. Best supportive skill for Ranger.

5.) Passive: This topic has been discussed in other sections. Going for Agility at Low level. Mid to Late game 1% bonuses would be more effective since higher stacked Critical Rate % from gears.

6.) Since new exclusive bow weapon will be available, the normal attacks should be normal Arrow Shots for Rogue.

7.) Pets to use in my opinion is Flap Jack for dual regen, experienced players to use Horton.

8.) Mana will only be an issue for early stage from the pace of how the game is moving. Mid to late games shouldn't have mana issue in my opinion.

Other suggestive skill builds are welcomed for discussion!

Looks good if you go ranged you might not need a heavy str pet. I would go for dex/dmg pets.

True enough. Even havig Horton doesn't really help me.
On the otherhand, flap jack gives me better survivability so far.

How would you allocate the stat points? Full dex or 2/3 health. How much health or mana do you have in the end? I think about 1k health enough?

Myself I will go with aimed shot, sss, combat medic (1 or more points).
Why shadow veil? Wouldn't you be running around, so rendering it ineffective??

20% armor 15% damage boost in shadow veil for you and everyone. Great boost

Yes, I'm also curious to know how you guys handle your stat points. It seems like I'm having a hard time finding the best combination between dealing good damage (dex), having enough health (str) and not running out of mana (int).

May I hear your opinions on that pls ^^.

Yeah thanks. Tried shadow veil and it works great. Of course shadow veil is when you're in a team, cause it help kills faster. However when alone, usefulness also.
Would you use exploding shadow veil? Forgot name.

Don't forget guys about stat allocation. I found about 500 man a and 1000hp quite sufficient. No need much pot use
