So will the new upcoming weapons (sword nd shields fot warrior; bows for rogues and rifles for sorcerer) be premium(or plat gamble pcks) or will be lootable?

In this update plat only (which they stated in the original announcement...). They may make them lootable later though, but nothing confirmed.

You will be able to buy these items with gold from the CS, me I'm hoping the lootable elites and regular 16+ are a combinationf shields bows and.swords

It says on the item description that they'll be lootable in the future.
