How to unlock new levels?

Accept a quest from Noxxar in Kraag and you will be granted access from Kraag to the Dead City and then go past the cannons to the Dead City Gondola. Walk into the Dead City Gondola and you will be taken to the Dead City Outskirts.

I accepted that quest, it now says 'Find the Kraag Commandos" I've talked to everyone in Kraag and it still says I must complete the previous level.

I have accepted his quest yet I still cannot figure out how to get to the Dead City Outskirts. There's no "Go To" button for the quest and I can't seem to find any entrance for it in Kraag.

Found it! I swear the dead city gondola just appeared out of no where... I refuse to believe I ran by it for 10 minutes lol

Found it, the Gondola is just past the second cannon to the right of the portal and beastmaster.
