Whenever I try to purchase Platinum for my account, it would have this error message:
"Your payment could not be processed. Sign in to your Google Wallet account to request support."
I logged in to my Google Wallet account and it keeps saying that my purchases failed to be authorized. Can anyone help or have any suggestions?
Here is what I tried to do to fix it but didn't work:
Uninstalling the app and reinstalling it.
Rebooting my phone.
Clearing the cache on Google Play.
I have the Droid X2 just in case anyone wanted to know...
