I just noticed that with a whopping DPS of a shivering dagger matching a desert dagger, a level 30 could beat a lvl 45 easily!
It should be level 45 with the same requirements ETC.

Um nope. It's a level 30+ campaign. How are level 30s suppose to survive there if they can't even use the elite gear? Also it does not favor level 30s over 45s at all. Nothing is stopping the 45 from using FN gear, and all you said was the damage was comperable to a level 45 weapon, so the 45 should still have the edge due to higher attributes and more skill points ;)

New stuff happening all the time. About every other day on average :)
And yet you still hang around here...
Anyways I had to lol at the dps.
