I saw quite a few people 5-6 hours after the patch at 21 I figured I could see just a couple but saw quite a few. I am thinking most of them only have 1 character and concentrated just on that one character.

You're right, just one such post. My post was more preventative than anything else. If you look at similar congratulatory threads in the PL forums you'll see you they're flooded with comments questioning the "rusher's" use of time, money, and even dedication to family. It's impolite and disrepectful, at best, for those kind of posts to be made in congratulatory threads.

got 3 class, not in hurry to 21, when u hit 21 there are nothing more to do than farming elite... So i rather enjoy my time lvling 3 characters slowly in dead city maps

It's about the same flag as the level 16 one, but in a different color. :)

Good point of the flag, is that you can wear it at the same time with armor and helm vanity!

true but i'd rather wear a vanity armor than a flag i mean they made on for lvl 16 y have another hope it changes in future to armor or helm

Flags are awesome. You can show off your proness and still wear whatever vanities you want for looks.

Thanks for sharing this. A bit disappointing that we will be able to signal only one elite level at a time. It would be handy if banners would add "notches" everytime you hit an elite level. So, for example, if you hit 16 and 21 you'd get a banner like the blue and gold one above BUT it would have two notches rather than one.

They use the 7 day 50% xp lixir i assume xP

7 day elixir is your best bet if you have plat, grind at watchers tomb 4. i was getting about 500-700 xp a run (weird how it's never the same), you'll level fast doing this.
