Hey Jrnest25,
We don't control what offers are available. At the end of the day, free offers are advertising. Other app publishers can get their app into more people's hands through such offers and hey, maybe they'll stick with it. That being said, if no one is buying advertising for your region then there won't be offers available for you. Sorry.
