Ouch lol. Happened to me before. Instead of plat my little cousin deleted my level 19 bird with forgotten bow and expert lol.

I did receive an e-mail stating that I had been given ten free Platinum, but when I logged into my account, I still only had two. What gives? I'd really like to get the Platinum that the e-mail said I was supposed to get, so that I can create the two new classes.

I also got the e-mail but did not receive the 10 plat, sent an email to support but it says on the page staff is out until Jan 2, 2013.
