Try clearing your browser cache. Or just try reloading without the cache (Ctrl-Shift-R in Firefox). See if that helps.
Edit: Oh and if you're on your iPod/iPhone, you can clear your cache through the main settings app.

Hey I had the same problem for the last few days and somehow I just fixed it. All I did was go in-game and go to the buy platinum tab and press "see forum post" and it pulled up the forum looking normal again.

Edit: mine wasn't in mobile mode, it was in some wierd format
