Question about new weapons: Shadowrealm and Infernal Suffering

how do the abilites work ?

shadowrealm: reduce incoming damage by 50%
Infernal Suffering: reduce enemy armor by 25%

is it a small % chance to reduce damage/armor ? its missing in description.

coz 4 guys with an Infernal Suffering weapon would mean 0% armor for enemies :beguiled:

sahdow realm blade has a very low chance of casting reduced 50% incoming damage. . (prolly 2% - 5% chance) and it only lasts for about a second or two. . i think they must adjust the chance to a higer one like 15-20% because it only lasts a few seconds. . i havent got much information on the inferno though. .
