It's like running away from the enemy and attacking them at the same time, like a class that can attack from a distance 'kiting' something that has to be up close to hurt you. Get what I mean?

Ahh I thought it'd have something to do with that, thankyou! :D

No problem! It works good in PvP against pure STR people and in PvE with bosses that can cause lots of damage!

Kiting is one of the easiest advanced skills to learn lol XD! I think nuking is the hardest :p... Or maybe playing defensive...

You're kidding right? Nuking just requires you to mash your skills faster than the other guy. Kiting takes really skill to judge distance correctly.

Maybe as a bird, but in a Mage vs Mage fight, there's much skill in nuking. You have to have your own personal combo, and be prepared for any situation when both of your mana is all drained. In Bears, you play defensively, but can turn it to a nuke anytime. It doesn't require skill to nuke, but the timing is very important in Bears. Example... A good time to nuke on a bear is right after mage's mana shield just ran out, he just healed, and you have many skills you can use. Lol, I'd like to see you nuke me :)

I think nuking is easier than kiting, I always run too far or too close lol

Kiting used to be one of the most challenging PvP skills to master. There were only very few people who could nail a 13m xbow kite.

Then, for doubious resons, the humania update screwed it up by adding/subtracting range when you chase/run. The devs never mentioned it in the patch notes and ignored every single post/thread pointing it out. It doesnt seem like they understand or would bother to change anything about it which is a shame...

The idea of kiting by staying out of the opponents range whilst attacking remains, but the true art of kiting is dead.

100% correct. Now, if you chase, it's +2m. So... You can't kite at 13m when a guy can do a 14m skill :/...
