HoR taunt question

Do you guys think HoR fully maxed has a better taunt effect than a 4/5 HoR? I'm wondering if more points = better taunt.

You get what you added. There is no hidden bonus from my understanding.
Mobs will still get taunted even if it's 1/5 just because u have added in that particular skill effect.

It'll be at least 2/5. One point to unlock HoR and one for the taunt skill.
I don't think it'll make a difference if its maxed or not.

Just unlock the skill and taunt effect will do ya.

And I will highly recommend the taunt especially if you plan on running Elite maps. As it aggros several if not all enemies in a mob, for the most part keeping them off Rogues and Sorcerers.
