Anyone put points into the passive Quickness?
Is the Is 1% speed increase even noticeable?
Seems like it wouldn't be, but wanted some comments on it!

Respec'd earlier to test it out and it wouldn't be as noticeable. But even 1% would make a different in terms of pvp for kiting, etc. More a skill for the future I guess

Once you get it maxed out I'm sure you would begin to notice a difference.

5% is current max I believe. This skill likely won't be that useful until PvP comes out, in which you can stack this passive with a speed bonus from a pet.
