I have an android and iOS and I wanted to buy platnuim for $9.99 so I redeemed a code from a gift card I bought and I waited for it to get it in my account but I didn't get my platnuim.

Contact support. They should be able to get you sorted. Be aware that it may take more time than normal due to the holidays.

What DeathPunch said OR, same thing happened to me today, and all I had to do was log out and log back in, but if that doesn't work, do what DeathPunch said.
