Elite Red Dragon-Crystal Clear Quest

I have just really got started on this quest..my job takes up the majority of my time..tryin to get this done over holiday break..but the process seems really slow..need a good team..add me if u wanna help out..any help is greatly appreciated..

My best guess would be that they remove this elite quest when the next lvl cap is introduced. That's how it was with the last elite quests.

So, I'd say you probably got another couple of months to complete it.

As said, it's just my best guess :)

i also think you have lots of time. THe only drawback is that as more and more Elite players finish the quest, you will have less dependable teammates to run it with so dont wait too long.
The ELite weapons, without procs and having only the bow be really useful, wont draw too many full famring parties there i suspect.

yes..thts my main concern..last night was very slow tryin to gather a good, reliable team. after the third wave everyone dies and most left once the dragon reset..sigh

It's hard to find full groups running this that's for sure. Maybe lucky to see 2 games going at the same time. It's not the most difficult elite quest if you follow the guide that was put out but most likely you will get a bunch of deaths. I think it's hardest for the mages to get thru without being killed because they're trying to heal or reviving or laying down damage. I remember the 2 or 3 mages dying more than bears or birds.

Once you find a good group that gets on a roll killing the Elite Red Dragon, try to stay with that group & continue remaking as long as possible. I got it done in like 2-2 half hrs. The Elite Onyx boss is another game that's hard to find...the Red Dragon lair. I joined some red lair maps but all the players weren't level 76! They were all 70's leveling up. I just decided to go to the Elite Onyx room & just wait for somebody to show up. It was a good 15 mins before another 76 arrived. I just went for it by myself solo until this elixired bear showed up with his beastly Scythe set. I was so happy to see him! I had managed to take one of the 4 surrounding bodyguards by myself but it was hard to get any further without help cause 1 player doesn't do enough damage. Another bird with no elixir did an admirable job too.
I was so happy completing this quest with only 3 players but it took awhile since this boss has a lot of health.

I never even tried to do that one..well I did once and I got 100 pelts and have up

In the beginning of the map 'dragon's lair', kill Emma and then enter the hole right next to her. You'll find a portal at the end of that underground lvl that brings you straight to Elite Onyx.

Note that you'll need to be wearing your shadow minion disguise (reward from 76 dragon kills quest) before you can enter that portal.
