Hi, Does a level 20 can get level21 gears from chest?
all my toons are capped....so i have no idea if a level 20 can get 21gears from elite chest.

Hey-- nope, they can't, which is why I push all my characters to cap really. Save those chests for when you cap!
On the other hand, 21s can get 20s from chests.

I have never encountered this after weeks of farming in Elite Village, somebody can confirm this as well, thanks in advance! ;)

Triple confirm! Same thing happened at 15 and 16.
i just got 18, 19 and 20 for my 20 level and 20 and 21 for my 21. So better open elite chest when 21
