My ring does not make me sparkle what to do??

Ok, so my ring does not make me sparkle but I heard from someone that rings r supposed to. So what am I doing wrong ? I have a lvl 74 Mage and bought a lvl20 int ring.

The rings which sparkle are Elite Rings. Normal rings won't sparkle.

U get Elite Rings by capping in 2 or 3 seperate lvl caps so u have Elite Helm, Armor and Shield in the end.

To get that sparkle-ly ring, I had to - get 300k extra xp, sought at forum to convince and awake the good soul of all including devs, a long time wait. That's it, good good, good job. want that ring?

As they said, only elite rings sparkle. Another way to get a ring like that is to get a full dragon vanity set from fang or the 71 elite map dragon armor and helm and craft that.
