What does it do? haven't been able to find any details on what the sword/shield proc is, thanks!

when it procs ur character's face ; arm nd leg get covered with ice giving u additional armour for 10sec.
it shows shield like notification on ur character's status bar. like same notification when u hav damage reduction elixir. so its kinda like damage reduction.

It's pretty weak so don't be expecting an amazing buff lol

For a pure tank build, it's actually the best weapon in the game. Glad everyone thinks it sucks, since it let me get it on the cheap!
