Precise Perambulator[Elite] Achievement Bug!

Hi there, IGN = Potatogems

To me and my couple of other friends this Precise Perambulator[Elite] Achievement is bugged and we finished Yrdra Outskirts also killed Stahl so many times but we cannot get this achievement, please fix this issue.
