Can anyone tell me what it contains and is it good for a level 12 dexbear?

I suggest a forgotten bow instead of those.

The only item worth in there is the helm, everything else I suggest you stash.

If you stay at lv12 then yes, use talon, wing and helm. Stash the armor and use L5 expert

You receive either jewel thiefs or snipers talon,wing,armor,helm (snipers has 1%hit more)

Lol, using an f bow doesnt make you pro, it makes you overpowered. There's a pretty big difference.

All you have to do is buy a f-bow, and then spam all your skills. You're welcome!

It's just an over-powered l10 bow (there are other lvl variants of it). You cannot farm it anymore so just go to CS in Balefort Castle and just type in forgotten bow.
I prefer talon or any snowball blaster just to keep it a lil' old schoooool
