Dear GM and Tech support:
I originally played AL on my old ipad and I registered an account with my gmail to save the progress - I have a character that I played for some days.
Now I got a new ipad and I wish to use my new device to play the game, but some how I couldn't login to my account to continue playing - more precisely, when I login with the same gmail account on the new ipad, there's no existing character there and every time it ask me to create a new one. I tried my iphone, its the same. basically I just can't change device... what's the use of setting an online game account if it is bind with one device?
Now I could only play this game on my old ipad but it is too inconvenient, I only to bring one device with me wherever I go.
