Ok, so i deleted my twink to remake him to a 15. I was selling a L15 Purple Tinsel Talon in cs.
I deleted my character and now the Tinsels gone.

You can email STS and maybe get it back, I did this with a vanity item. I couldn't find it, then realized it was on my twink whom I deleted. Just tell them the name of the old twink and tell them it was in cs, and they may be able to give it back.
