Help my new Rogue

I have a warrior that I think I've got a good handle on, skillwise. But I've been neglecting my rogue.

Here's my level 16 rogue build:

Aimed Shot + #'s 1,2,3
SSS + #'s 3,4
Shadow Veil + #'s 1,3,4
No passives as yet.

Weapon: Lvl 14 Deceivers of Brutality (50.7 DPS, 9 Str, 17 Dex)
Helmet: Lvl 16 Winter Wonderland Hood of Savvy (19 Dex, 7 Int, 1.46% Dodge, 164 Armor)
Armor: Lvl 16 Winter Wonderland Vest of Security (10 Str, 19 Dex, 297 Armor)
Ring: Lvl 15 Onyx loop of Potency (15 Dex, 8 Int, 2.6 Damage)
Amulet: Lvl 15 Arcane Pendant of Potency (18 Str, 9 Int, 3.0 Damage)

Stats (unequipped):
Str: 42
Health: 809
Dex: 78
Bon Dmg: 139%
Dodge: 6.85%
Crit: 2.95%
Dmg: 4.6
Int: 10
Mana: 225
DPS: 5.5
Armor: 0

Pets:
Currently using lvl 16 Deary
Also have lvl 15 Barney and lvl 7 Carly
Also have Blight and Jahooty eggs

I have very little plt and probably won't buy much, if any, more.
I have about 2.7k gold.

I still feel very weak and get killed very easily when more than a couple goblins from the tombs mob me.

What suggestions for improvement do you have?

Going full dex now can add some points in your hp.
Use cerella as a pet for survival b/c it adds a good bit of armor.(buy it in CS sometimes you can find it for as low as 2k)
Or do gauntlets to get Shiloh, 4% dmg reduction.
You're armors are pretty good I won't worry about them too much at lvl 16
When you do tombs always let the warrior get the first agro. Then jump in, it won't hurt as much but you'll get loads off your back.
Do you use hp pots? USE THEM!
I consume about 500 hp pots about every 3 days

I just went to do level 4 Kraag with a warrior. We got about half way done when he just ups and leaves!!
I ended up using all of my health (about 200 or so pots) and all of my gold (over 2k) and I got it cleared except Brak. Just could not kill him no matter what I tried!

What are gauntlets?

To find gauntlet runs go past kragg tombs and you'll see a portal. They're timed runs so that if you do them in 1:30 you get a coin. You can save those coins to buy pets( only koko and shiloh). It's like saving up daily tokens.
Anyways i suggest you go with a full party so that you won't always have to worry if someone bails.
Also you should do watchers tomb 4 to lvl up. It's easier + more exp. Kraggs tomb is slow imo.

I thought my rogue class was preety bad a**. She had all Dex and now with the new pet Snaggletooth it was nice. Since the update Having all Dex adds Health aswell. I recently quit my rogue but she still has 3k PvE and 2 Deaths.

BTW. Gauntlet is actually 'Hauntlet' = P
