Pet's Quest not giving pets? (not sure if this was previously posted)

Hello all,

Lately I've been having some issues regarding the pet's quests. I thought that after completing the quests that I was supposed to get the pet? Or am I getting it wrong? Cause I've done several quests but still only have my Owl and Panther.
Any help would be appreciated.

When you finish each pets chain quests (you know you have finished when their quests start giving a "surprise item" as a reward), then each day you do them you have a small chance of getting that pet's egg. It can take a bit depending on your luck to collect them all.

Yea I always get to the "surprise item" part but I've never gotten an egg as a reward. Guess I'm just unlucky lol

Yea its preety tough getting them through Quests i only know 2 friends who got a pet from them.
