1h/s 1m/s 8 armor or 1 dodge 9 armor or 2 crit 10 damage or 1 crit 11 damage or 2 crit 2 m/s 4 damage

Skills:
Buffs: 6
Drain 6
Light 6
Fire 6
Ice 1
2 heal
1 ms

Combo: nuke: drain light fire ice heal super duper quick
Kite: fire (ice) then nuke when at the right time

that's a level 38 build.. and why would you use ice storm over frostbite. .-. i would understand having both, but.. 2 icestorm? no. it has the worst increase in damage out of all the mage damage skills. :/

Oh? It works just fine for me, and yes it's a 38 build my bad, I forgot I was lvl 38.
