No way to acquire those whatsoever now that the cap has increased right? Im a completionist and I feel so bad about missing this banner.. I wish they let you trade those.

Nope, exclusive to the 16 cap days. They aren't that different from the new cap vanities though so don't stress it too much :p

if those lvl16 or any banners for capping a toon tradable. i bet 50% of players population will not cap there toons and just buy from others.

Well that would be pretty stupid.
I'm just saying I started playing a bit too late and didn't have time to cap. Not that I would rather buy it from someone else and not cap.
Capping before everybody else is how you get rich.

Don't worry, the 21 cap is only 1k more xp than the 16 cap :)

Funny thing I noticed today, I have banner on 2 chars, warrior and rogue. My rogues banner is in stash because i dont like wearing it on her. But i went to the stash with my lvl10 mage and unstashed the banner and could wear it! So those banners arent bound to character, only bound to account I guess :) Ps. Vys add me as a friend here on forums, it's Alizhera from the guild :P
