I didnt get my bonus 65% plat for first time purchase, i got the 165 package and only got 165 instead of the 240+ that was promised

Some of us use mobile. Can't check which game it is on it. I normally just guess or get on my laptop.

I had this problem, for some reason if you accidently click/tap it and then press the back button, the system thinks you have already started purchasing. However if you quit the game and run it back it might come back to the Specials if not delete your phone's/browser's Cache.

Well when u click buy the discount GONE and then the confimation box comes and say simethings like $19.99 for 165 with NO BONUS PLAT !! ;( BTW .. you should WAIT so the dev can fix it so people don't have 2 have the chance 2 WASTE their money

The same happened to me wheni first purchased it, I got pissed and went back to the iPads home page, played some Xbox, and as soon as I got back on to check before making a thread like this, the bonus plat kicked in. Try doing what I did? :D Xbox always helps.

I was supposed to get bonus platinum on first purchase ? I did not knew that, I have bought that 20$ one two times and it was 165 platinum both time. I want my extra platinum now.

This pissed me off so much I almost cried lol. But I bought same pack as u and same thing happened. I will contact support soon.

Its been a couple of days since the purchase but STS is still on vacation, I'm hoping for a quick response when they get back on the 2nd. Still no additional Plats though, I just took screenies and spent the plats that I got before the winter promo expires.

Hi DEVs, I'm sorry for double posting but I just need to know if something is happening, I did not get any e-mail for my ticket nor did I get any reply here in the forums, I'm sure you guys are busy, and I'm sorry for that, but I just need a little assurance that you guys are working on it, 83 PLAT is a lot to lose.

FWIW, I never got a response from STS per se, but the bonus plat for the purchase I made on 12/20 showed up in my account yesterday.

I know, thats why if you read my previous posts, i was very patient with them. But 12 days? they finally gave me my bonus plats. and if you read Burikitoys posts, it took them 3days or less to give him his plats.
Know the whole story first
