what is the best daggar build for elite

hi i am new player and i want fight in elite mode i want know what stats i should put full dex or dex + str
and what skills i should learn tnx alot.

Dex = more dmg
Str = more health
Int = for mana

Buy a legendary dagger which you can afford ^_^
