So i have some new items when i come back in middle january before it disappears. So i was hoping to get a red santa hat for a new mage i decided to make. And noooo i got frosty nog( i prefer my snowman helmet name Snowman helmet) a carrot nose like why do i need that? Lol and a coal balloon... I wanted the santa hat! -_- is it the santa hat thats "rare" or the balloon? Lol

Try and get free plat from TapJoy or W3i? I had the same problem during Halloween and STS refused to fix it due to reasons like: "you made the choice to buy the pack knowing there was a chance of you not getting the item". This is a model; if I said exact words, I might get in trouble :P

I know right. Its stupid how the emails the bottom print is like you'll get introuble if you like take screenshots and show other people or somethin like that. But thats kinda not right. I thought the coal balloon was gonna be rare not "rare" lol and pfff w3ii is crap on my phone i resort to spending only up to $10 except on 2x xp weekends haha
